Patty Mixes have encapsulated salt to keep the meat from becoming sticky while forming patties.
- Can be used as desired per pound or in one large batch.
- Use our Non-Stick Burger Press for pre-made patties.
- Be sure to order dry waxed patty paper.
Use for any of your ground burger. A great way to make pre made hamburger patties.
For well seasoned meat use package for 25 lb. of meat. For mild seasoned meat use package for 33 lb. of meat.
We primarily use the USPS service as our shipping carrier. Larger orders may be sent via UPS. We take pride and work diligently in packaging and shipping your order quickly so that you can receive your supplies as soon as possible.
Please refer to the information below so that you can plan accordingly for your meat making. Remember to factor in ship time once your package reaches the carrier.
