Our Wisconsin Pepper Jack will add a little extra zip to your smoked sausages. Sold in 2.5lb bags. Cheese can be frozen. 1/4" diced cheese that does not melt out when cooking. Use 1lb of cheese to 10lbs of meat.

Ingredients

- Cultured Pasteurized Processed Habanero Pepper Style Cheese (Cultured Milk , Water, Cream, Sodium Phosphates, Habanero Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Skim Milk , Titanium Dioxide, Enzymes), Powdered Cellulose (To prevent caking), Potassium Sorbate and Natamycin (Preservatives).

- After your final grind, mix hi-temp cheese into your batch. At this point your next step is to stuff casings. - Mix 1lb of cheese to 10lbs. of meat.

Tip

- Unused cheese can be frozen for future use.
